A.M. VIP Membership Auto-Renewal Disclaimer Effective Date: May 1, 2025 This Auto-Renewal Disclaimer applies to paid A.M. VIP Membership plans offered by Amar Monroe LLC, including the VIP Supporter ($5.00/month) and VIP Producer ($15.00/month) plans. Automatic Renewal and Authorization Paid memberships automatically renew at the selected billing interval and the then-current subscription price unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Amar Monroe LLC and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method for recurring membership fees, plus any applicable taxes. The VIP Guest List is free. It does not automatically renew and does not incur subscription charges. Cancellation You may cancel a paid membership through the My Subscriptions or account/profile page. To prevent the next charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled renewal date. After cancellation, your access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period, unless your access is suspended or terminated under the applicable membership terms. Unused time, benefits, or other portions of a paid billing period are not partially refunded or credited, except where required by applicable law. Price Changes and Failed Payments Amar Monroe LLC may change subscription prices or plan terms. Where required by law, members will receive notice before a price change takes effect. Continued membership after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the updated price or terms. If a payment fails, access to paid benefits may be suspended or canceled until payment is successfully completed.
